Formation of Passive Voice of Simple Future Tense

In the passive voice of simple future tense, we use auxiliary verb shall / will with be and past participle of a verb. The object of the sentence becomes the subject. Here action will be done on the object in the future.

In negative sentences ‘not’ is used between the auxiliary verb and ‘be’ with the past participle of a verb.

In an interrogative sentence, an auxiliary verb is at the starting of the sentence.

The passive voice of simple future tense- formation 

The formation of the simple future tense

in an affirmative sentence is –

  • Object + will + be + past participle of verb + by + Subject + remaining words

in a negative sentence is –

  • Object + will + not + be + past participle of verb + by + Subject + remaining words

Question is-

  • Will + Object +be + past participle of verb + by + Subject + remaining words

Examples of passive voice in the simple future tense

We shall take an example with explanation-

  • Active voice- I shall watch a movie.

In the above sentence- ‘I’ is subject, ‘watch’ is a verb, and ‘a movie’ is object.

Now, we have to change this sentence into a passive voice.

According to the formation given above, we can write-

  • A movie (object) will (auxiliary verb) be watched (past participle of ‘watch’) by me.

Example with Three Persons

Let’s take an example with three persons of singular as well as plural number
